Damaged: All damaged packages response time is best handled within 72 hours of DELIVERED date. Any packaged received with damaged broken items please: Resend original processed order receipt email along with; significant pictures (of exterior of shipping package ‘outside’ and ‘inside’ of package with contents), WRITTEN CLAIM STATEMENT: detailed that includes the quote (“improper handling by USPS mail carrier and damaged delivery of mail is unusual“, and informs which items were damaged when package was received) emailed to contact us . Verification will be needed in order to present the evidence to United States Postal Service claims department. Always keep all damaged evidence until suggested otherwise.
Tampered:  All tampered packages response time is best handled within 72 hours of DELIVERED date. MEnaturals.net secures shipping packaging as a form of safety sealing at the time. If for any reason presumption is made as to shipment being tampered with upon arrival, promptly take significant pictures of unopened shipping package before consideration to open. Email to contact us , along with a detailed written statement. Verification will be needed in order to present the evidence to United States Postal Service claims department. Always keep all evidence until suggested otherwise.
Missing/Lost: MEnaturals.net is NOT responsible for Lost/Stolen packages due to SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION being suggested on all orders. All missing/lost packages response time is best handled within 72 hours of alleged DELIVERED date. Any response time after the 72 hour contact window on missing/lost packages may result in fees.
  • If your tracking is displaying DELIVERED but your package is nowhere to be found. Please go to the nearest post office and speak to the Post Master with your Identification and tracking number to get more specific information on the exact delivery prior to contacting ME natural.
  • If not locate-able please write a detailed statement that includes the quote “improper handling by USPS mailing system and non-delivery of mail is unusual”. Also inform which items were to be contained in expected package) and email to CONTACT ME.
  • Upon submitting a claim to USPS in a timely fashion, the response will determine if package will be recovered.

Rates:

Re-shipped items acquire a fee of original shipping rate.

Requested changes of any type to un-shipped orders after they have already been processed will rate 50% of each individual stock item (shelf restocking) and reprocessing rate. Please double check to be 100% certain the items in checkout.
